Meeting Minutes
At the October 11, 2016, board meeting, the Lago Lindo Community League passed a motion to begin posting copies of previous meeting minutes on our website to summarize what’s happening at the Community League Board Meeting and to show our members what the league is up to. In the event you are wondering what the process is for meeting minutes to become approved it’s as follows:
Meeting minutes are captured at each month’s meeting. The meeting minutes capture the high-level discussion topics and who brought them up, as well as any motions that were brought forward, and the result of the vote on the motion. The meeting minutes are typed and distributed to the board members for review and possible correction before the next meeting. At the next month’s meeting, the board votes to approve the minutes as they exist. At this point, if the meeting minutes are approved they’ll be posted on the website. If they’re not approved, they’ll be edited accordingly, and revoted on at the next month’s meeting.
Over the coming months, we will work to post the older meeting minutes.

These bylaws can only be changed by calling a special resolution meeting, or annually at the Annual General Meeting.
