The Lago Lindo Community League is proud to host the 191 Dragons Scouting Association, providing youth with opportunities to learn, grow, and explore through the exciting programs offered by Scouts Canada.
Scouts Canada is the country’s leading co-ed youth organization, serving children and youth ages 5 to 26. Through outdoor adventures, leadership development, community service, and hands-on learning experiences, Scouts helps young people build confidence, resilience, and skills that last a lifetime. With more than 50,000 participants across Canada, Scouts Canada welcomes youth from all backgrounds and cultures to discover new interests, make lasting friendships, and challenge themselves in a supportive environment.
The 191 Dragons Scouting Association offers programs for a variety of age groups:
Mondays | 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
Beavers introduces young children to the world of Scouting through games, crafts, outdoor activities, and teamwork while helping them develop confidence and social skills.
Mondays | 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Cubs encourages youth to explore new challenges through outdoor adventures, community involvement, and skill-building activities designed to foster independence and leadership.
Wednesdays | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Scouts participate in exciting outdoor experiences, camping trips, leadership opportunities, and community projects while developing practical life skills and teamwork.
Wednesdays | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Venturers take on greater leadership responsibilities, plan their own adventures, and gain valuable experience through community service, outdoor challenges, and personal development opportunities.
