Am I able to take a tour of the hall?

Yes. Please arrange a viewing of our facility using the contact button.

No. Dates are only reserved once a signed contract and full payment have been received. Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

The damage/cleaning deposit is $500 and must be paid prior to your rental. If the hall is left clean and free of damage, the deposit is typically returned the same day or the following day. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days.

If payment was made by debit, a cheque will be issued within 30 days.

Please note: fees may be deducted if there is damage or if cleaning standards, as outlined in the contract, are not met.

Yes. If alcohol is served at your event, a valid liquor license must be obtained and displayed where alcohol is being served. Please visit the AGLC website for more information or to apply.

Yes. Renters are required to carry third-party liability insurance with coverage of no less than $2,000,000. The policy must name the Lago Lindo Community League as an additional insured.

The hall will not be available until a valid Certificate of Insurance has been received.

All third-party contractors or service providers (such as caterers or inflatable rentals) must also provide proof of insurance meeting the same requirements.

A printed copy of the insurance certificate must be submitted prior to the rental.

No. You may hire a caterer of your choice or prepare your own food.

No. You are responsible for bringing your own pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and any other required items.

Basic cleaning supplies are provided. However, renters are responsible for cleaning the hall. No cleaning service is offered.

No. All setup and cleanup must take place within your booked rental time, as outlined in your contract.
