As a registered not-for-profit society in the Province of Alberta, the Lago Lindo Community League operates under bylaws established and approved by its membership. These bylaws outline the available Board of Directors positions, including their roles, responsibilities, and term lengths, as well as policies regarding membership status, quorum requirements, and financial approval procedures. Amendments to the bylaws may only be made through a special resolution meeting or at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Below you will find the current bylaws, along with historical versions for reference.
