As a registered not-for-profit society with the Province of Alberta, the Lago Lindo Community League is governed by the bylaws outlined by its membership. The bylaws include information around the available board of director positions including their roles and responsibilities, the term length for each of these positions, as well as information on membership status, quorum, and financial expense approval processes. These bylaws can only be changed by the calling a special resolution meeting, or annually at the Annual General Meeting.
Below you'll find our current bylaws, as well as our historical copies of the bylaws for reference.
