2010-2011 Hockey Registration All boys and girls from the communities of Evansdale, Kilkenny, Lago Lindo, Londonderry, Northmount, McLeod and Steele Heights wanting to play hockey, from Initiation to Peewee will be required to register online this year using Hockey Canada's Online registration system. A parent will then need to attend one of the following dates to sign-up for their community league commitments, pick up their community league membership card, get ice times and pay fees if not mailed in or paid online.

Important Changes to volunteer commitment policyA MUST READ: To register your child, compliance to the following is required: · Must have a current Community League Membership · Must provide proof of child’s age (child’s Alberta Health Care number or birth certificate) · Must purchase a minimum of 4 Lago Lindo “WEM Family Fun Event” tickets · Must sign up for 1 volunteer commitment per household (or see option 4, below) · Must complete LAGO LINDO CODE OF CONDUCT (Separate form for each child). You may need up to of 6 cheques: 1 for Community League membership per household (cash or cheque) 1 per family for registration fee (cash or cheque) 1 per household for fundraising event, 4 “Lago Lindo WEM Family Fun Event” tickets, $40.00, (cash or cheque). 1 for Volunteer Commitment ($200.00 per household) post dated to date of the commitment you've chosen, (cheque only for this item), or purchase an additional 15 Lago Lindo “WEM Family Fun Event” tickets (total of 19) and forgo the need to do a volunteer commitment. (May be combined with item above for a total of $190.00 cash or cheque) 1 Uniform deposit cheque (1 per family) $40.00 for each child. “Cheques only” accepted for uniform deposits. 1 for Volunteer Commitment/Fundraising for the hockey program you choose (if applicable).
